Construction Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in the Construction field
• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing cross-functional teams
• Good verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
• Prover ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting and cost management
• Good negotiation skills for dealing with vendors, Consultant, Clients and team members
• Effective decision-making skills under pressure
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team
• Keen attention to detail to ensure project quality and accuracy
• Deep understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies
• Expertise in identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks
• Skill in managing relationships with all project stakeholders
• UAE driving license is a must
• Preferrable Arabic Candidates
