Leasing Coordinator
Job Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the team & management to identify offices to be relocated
• Prepare lease addendums for relocation
• Contact and negotiate existing tenant for relocation and ensure signed documentation digitally
• Assigning new units to lease contract in the systems (SF & SAP)
• Coordinate with Park Operation Dept to move furniture/Items/company tags and clear the offices
• Coordinate with TSS to close existing units & create new office units
• Manage the end-to-end relocation process
Skills:
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Presentable and good communicator
• Prior experience in Salesforce & SAP
• Prior experience in Customer Handling
• Real estate experience would be advantageous but is not a essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent organization and planning skills
