Job Position – Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients for IT contracting and managed services.
Conduct sales calls, site visits, and meetings with new prospects.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Follow up with leads from website, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (IT Managers, Admins, CEOs).
Develop partnerships with system integrators, distributors, and telecom providers.
Coordinate with technical engineers for solution design and project handover.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
3 – 4 years Experience in IT Sales / AMC / Solutions / Contracting
Knowledge of networking, firewalls, servers, PBX, and Microsoft 365
Strong communication and negotiation skills
UAE driving license preferred
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
