Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
Conduct tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance to ensure adherence to budgets.
Evaluate and negotiate variation orders, claims, and payment certificates.
Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry standards, and regulations.
Mentor junior quantity surveyors and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
Engineering Graduate/PG in Civil, Construction, or Quantity Surveying.
Professional Certifications (preferred): RICS, CIOB, or equivalent.
10–15+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably on large-scale construction projects.
