Requirements :
• A strong customer service orientation with a natural ability to connect and engage with others.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2 years experience in a similar role (experience in the FMCG or retail industry is a plus).
• Comfortable with professional telephone communication, maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
