We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English and Moral Education Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language skills alongside moral, ethical, and cultural values in alignment with curriculum standards. This role combines language instruction with character development to support the holistic growth of students.
Responsibilities:
English Teaching:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Prepare and assess student work including assignments, tests, and projects
Differentiate instruction to meet varying student abilities and learning styles
Use modern teaching tools and technology to enhance language learning
Support students in developing critical thinking, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills
Moral Education:
Teach values-based education focused on ethics, respect, tolerance, responsibility, and civic awareness
Develop lesson plans that align with national or school moral education guidelines
Lead discussions and activities that promote empathy, integrity, and cultural understanding
Encourage students to reflect on personal and social behavior in daily life
Create a positive and respectful classroom environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred for some schools)
Teaching qualification/license (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or local equivalent)
Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in English and/or moral education
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Culturally sensitive and able to teach in a multicultural environment
Familiarity with moral education frameworks (such as UAE Moral Education Program, if applicable)
