We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for multiple hospitality brands within our portfolio in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality or F&B sector and a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage marketing strategies across multiple hospitality brands.
Develop and implement comprehensive campaigns including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to drive marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Mentor and lead marketing teams, fostering creativity and collaboration.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within hospitality or F&B sectors.
Demonstrated success in brand strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of UAE’s luxury hospitality and F&B landscape.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing creative teams and external agencies.
