As an IT Network and Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and securing client IT ecosystems — ensuring smooth operations across networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role (with remote collaboration opportunities).

What You’ll Do:
Configure and maintain Windows Server environments for client infrastructure
Manage network devices including Firewalls, Routers, and Wireless Access Points (Fortigate experience preferred)
Deploy and troubleshoot Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Backup solutions (Acronis preferred)
Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services
Handle Windows Desktop OS setup, support, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
Maintain up-to-date system documentation and ensure compliance with IT security policies

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Desktop OS, network configuration, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Fortigate firewalls, Acronis Cyber Security, and Microsoft 365 administration
Experience managing Google Workspace environments

Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / M365 Administrator
Fortinet NSE Certification
CompTIA Network+ / Security+
Google Workspace Administrator
