We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
Handle high-value negotiations and close major deals
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed sales reports
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
