Qualification/Experience:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the high-rise building/large-scale construction sector, with at least 7-8 years in a managerial role in the U.A.E.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
