Sales & Business Development Manager (B2B)

Job Description :
• Lead and mentor the sales and business development team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and skills.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and regular follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met with tailored solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on pipeline, prospects, and conversions to management.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development processes, and client relationship management.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Excellent networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor activity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management within accounting, audit, or tax consultancy in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the accounting, audit, or tax consultancy industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Tax) and the business setup environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage
