Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor timekeeping systems for all project sites.
Verify attendance, labor hours, and overtime records.
Resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to facilitate timely salary processing.
Maintain records of attendance and labor metrics for reporting purposes.
Support site teams in compliance with labor regulations.
