We are hiring a proactive and experienced Call Center Team Leader with prior UAE experience to supervise our customer service team and ensure high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of call center agents

Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met

Handle escalated customer queries and complaints

Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements

Train and motivate team members

Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction

Coordinate with other departments to support operations
