Responsibilities:
Review, process, and verify medical billing and coding data.
Ensure accurate coding and billing procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with insurance companies and patients to resolve billing issues.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid claims.
Prepare billing reports and analyze billing trends.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and billing data.
Stay updated on healthcare policies, coding standards, and insurance requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or Medical Biller.
Knowledge of medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR).
Familiarity with ICD, CPT coding, and healthcare regulations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
