Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Handle performance management and staff development programs.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Mediate employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software.
Strong understanding of labor laws and employment practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
