Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software.
Strong understanding of labor laws and employment practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
