Sales Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for HVAC systems, focusing on pre-insulated panels and ducts.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in sales management within the HVAC industry, specifically in pre-insulated panels and ducts.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
