SAP SCM Lead will be responsible for the implementation and management of the SAP SCM domain (this includes all products within the SAP footprint, all interfaces to non-SAP applications and mobile solutions). He/She will have the full responsibility for managing the SCM team and related deliverables during the project execution
Education:
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems of equivalent from a reputed national / foreign educational institution.
Communication capabilities in Arabic and English languages.
SAP Certification
Relevant Experience:
10+ years of work experience in SAP projects withing the SCM domain
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing SAP landscape in midsize or large organization.
Strong proven management skills to successfully perform the strategy planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities of this position.
Good knowledge and understanding of system development lifecycle and its implications.
Good Knowledge of IT leading practices such as ITIL (Incident, Problem, Request processes).
Good understanding of multiple SAP functional areas from integration points perspective (FICO, HR, BI etc).
SAP Defence sector experience will be plus
Knowledge and understanding of different SAP security models and products (SSO, IDM) from SCM perspective
Experience of gathering and documenting system requirements and documenting system functional design for business applications solutions and related implementation issues from a functional perspective.
Good Knowledge and understanding of challenges for enterprise-wide system implementation.
Knowledge of standard support development frameworks and methodologies
Expert level understanding in SAP implementation methodologies (e.g. Activate)
