Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities:

• Pursue new business in soft services like cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and manpower within the FM industry
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ sales experience in soft services (UAE Experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Knowledge of UAE soft services market & key stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Valid UAE driving license.
