What You Will Be Doing
As the Employee Onboarding Manager for Emirates NBD Services in the MEA region, you will oversee the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires while leveraging Oracle HCM to streamline and enhance processes. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging experience for all employees joining the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Process Management:
Design, implement, and manage a world-class onboarding program for Emirates NBD Services across the MEA region.
Leverage Oracle HCM to automate and optimize pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including document verification, background checks, and system setup.
Conduct interactive induction programs and ensure alignment with Emirates NBD Services values and culture.
2. Technology Enablement:
Serve as the primary Oracle HCM onboarding module expert, ensuring all onboarding workflows are fully optimized.
Collaborate with the HRIS team to configure Oracle HCM processes tailored to MEA-specific requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related onboarding challenges.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Partner with HR business partners, hiring managers, and leadership teams across Emirates NBD Services to align onboarding processes with regional and organizational goals.
Customize onboarding processes to address cultural and legal requirements in the MEA region
4. Compliance and Policies:
Ensure onboarding processes adhere to Emirates NBD Services policies and all MEA labor laws.
Stay updated on regulations affecting onboarding within the financial services sector.
5. Employee Experience:
Focus on delivering a superior onboarding experience that reflects Emirates NBD Services commitment to excellence.
Provide a single point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey.
Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding program
6. Data Management and Reporting:
Use Oracle HCM to generate onboarding reports, including metrics such as time-to-productivity, feedback scores, and new hire retention.
Analyze data to drive process improvements and enhance the employee experience.
What We are Looking for
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Oracle HCM, HR process automation, or change management are a plus.
Experience:
• 6 + years of HR experience, with a strong focus on onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM onboarding workflows and configurations.
• Regional expertise in the MEA market, particularly in banking or financial services.
Skills:
• Strong technical proficiency in Oracle HCM and familiarity with other HRIS tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
