Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive business strategies by analyzing sales, distribution, and marketing performance data to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather and understand data requirements for various projects.
Conduct detailed segmentation, sales forecasting, pricing analysis, and promotional effectiveness assessments.
Detect and interpret patterns, variances, and insights within complex data sets to inform decision-making.
Support the launch of new products and marketing campaigns through data-driven forecasts and post-implementation performance reviews.
Regularly conduct market research to stay ahead of upcoming trends within the FMCG industry.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
2 to 5 years of experience in consumer analytics, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Proficient in advanced Excel functions and creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
Deep understanding of FMCG industry metrics and key performance indicators.
Familiarity with Nielsen, Euromonitor, or similar market research and data sources.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives around data insights.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
