Requirements:
Must be currently based in the UAE.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Safety Manager (preferably in contracting/construction firms).
Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE plans and procedures.
Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws and best practices.
Must hold valid certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent.
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Responsibilities:
Lead the HSE team and ensure enforcement of safety standards across all sites.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective measures.
Develop and implement company-wide safety policies and emergency response plans.
Train and guide site personnel on safety protocols and practices.
Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
