Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of project documentation, technical drawings, and submittals.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera, and other project coordination tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, track, and manage technical documents, RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
Coordinate between engineering teams, site staff, and consultants.
Assist in the preparation of reports, progress updates, and material take-offs.
Ensure that project documentation is properly maintained and easily accessible.
Support in reviewing design changes, site instructions, and variation orders.
