We are seeking a Filipino Administrative Employee with strong proficiency in office programs to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling various administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain and organize records and documentation
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
Filipino nationality
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
