Human Resources Specialist
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
• HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records using HR software and generate insightful reports.
• Performance Management: Support the implementation of appraisal systems, goal-setting, and employee development plans.
Skills :
• Proficiency in HR management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR).
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR policies.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• 3+ years of experience in human resource management or a specialized HR role.
• Familiarity with employee engagement tools and strategies.
• A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
