Hiring Planning Engineer (Interior Fit Out)
Arco Interiors is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Planning Engineers (๐บ๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น) with a strong background in architecture and interior fit-outs (preferred, not mandatory).
Key Roles:
Develop fully resource loaded Baseline programs
Develop and maintain streamlined and comprehensive planning, forecasting.
Work closely with senior management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper project operational parameters.
Preparation of Upstream and Downstream Contractual Letters / communications with stake holders
Preparation of Detailed claims analysis and Extension of Time
Ability to handle Client and Consultant requirements
Ability to generate deliverables under short notice
Ability to prepare Tender Programs
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required:
5 to 10 years of experience in UAE (mid-level Planning Engineer)
Minimum 10 yearsโ experience in UAE (Senior Planning Engineer)
Proficient in Planning Software (Primavera, Advanced Excel etc.)
Outstanding communication and people management skills.
Demonstrated ability to generate reports and Management Information System (MIS).
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
