HR Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the company\'s overall business plan.
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify development needs.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with regulations.
• Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Provide HR advisory services to management.
• Collaborate with department heads to achieve HR goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
