Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor with Mercedes experience to manage customer service requirements, vehicle repair coordination, and communication between customers and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand vehicle service & repair requirements
Prepare job cards and accurately record customer complaints
Inspect vehicles and discuss required repairs and maintenance
Prepare repair estimates and quotations
Coordinate with technicians and workshop personnel
Monitor repair and maintenance job progress
Keep customers updated on vehicle status and completion timelines
Explain completed repairs and services to customers
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
Coordinate vehicle delivery after completion
Follow up with customers for future service requirements
Requirements
Previous Mercedes experience is mandatory
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop/service centre
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to understand technical issues and explain them clearly
UAE automotive workshop experience will be an advantage
