◾ 3 to 5 years of work experience in retail marketing.
◾ A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
◾ Strong experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and managing social media.
◾ Ability to analyze campaign performance and measure marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
◾ Knowledge of digital analysis and marketing reporting tools.
◾ Experience in managing and coordinating with suppliers and marketing agencies.
◾ Ability to follow up on marketing budgets and control expenses.
◾ Coordination skills with cross-functional teams, especially sales, operations, and e-commerce.
◾ Knowledge of retail marketing strategies, promotions, and sales activation.
◾ Experience in marketing pharmacies or health and personal care products is preferred.
◾ Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and management of marketing projects.
◾ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
◾ Proficiency in spoken and written English.
◾ Ability to prepare presentations and reports in English.
◾ High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks at the same time.
