🌟 Requirements & Qualifications
◾ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
◾ Proven experience managing engineering projects from initiation through completion and handover.
◾ Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
◾ Experience preparing, submitting, and tracking project payment certificates and progress claims.
◾ Ability to monitor project costs, cash flow, financial performance, and budget variances.
◾ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
◾ Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a strong advantage.
◾ Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
◾ Strong understanding of project risk management, quality assurance, and HSE compliance.
◾ Ability to monitor project milestones, identify delays, and implement corrective action plans.
◾ Familiarity with engineering contracts, variations, change orders, and project documentation.
◾ Experience preparing progress reports, project dashboards, and management presentations.
◾ Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
◾ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets.
◾ PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification is an advantage.
◾ Willingness to travel and manage projects between Al Khobar and Riyadh is required.
