▪️ Position: Food Safety & Hygiene Officer

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
▪️ Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance within the F&B or hospitality industry.
▪️ HACCP Level 3 or above and/or ISO 22000 certification.
▪️ Strong understanding of Saudi food regulations, SFDA requirements, municipality regulations, and international food safety standards.
▪️ Practical knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and HACCP implementation.
▪️ Strong inspection, auditing, risk-assessment, and corrective-action follow-up capabilities.
▪️ Ability to conduct effective food safety and hygiene training for operational teams.
▪️ Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
▪️ Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh or Khobar.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Conduct regular food safety and hygiene inspections across kitchens, food preparation areas, storage facilities, and dining areas.
▪️ Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
▪️ Verify HACCP plans, critical control points, monitoring records, and corrective actions.
▪️ Ensure compliance with SFDA, municipality, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
▪️ Deliver training on food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, and safe food-handling practices.
▪️ Identify potential food safety risks and investigate incidents and non-conformities.
▪️ Develop and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure effective closure.
▪️ Review supplier documentation, certifications, and product specifications.
▪️ Verify that incoming food products meet established quality and food safety standards.
▪️ Maintain accurate inspection, audit, training, and compliance records.
▪️ Support continuous improvement initiatives across restaurant and food-service operations.
