QA/QC Engineer – Civil

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor the quality of concrete products and blocks.
• Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate block testing and quality-control activities.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Monitor laboratory testing procedures.
• Maintain inspection and testing records.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation.
• Review customer requirements and product specifications.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Identify non-conformities and assist in corrective actions.
• Support internal quality audits and inspections.
• Ensure quality procedures are followed throughout manufacturing operations.
• Maintain proper documentation related to inspections and testing.

Qualification & Experience :

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• QA/QC or QA/GC experience in a block/concrete manufacturing factory.
• Knowledge of concrete products and block testing.
• Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures.
• Experience preparing quality documentation.
• Understanding of customer requirements and specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
