We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Prosthodontist to join a leading dental healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide specialized prosthodontic care, restore oral function and aesthetics, and develop comprehensive treatment plans using advanced restorative and prosthetic dentistry techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and prosthodontic assessments.
Diagnose and manage complex restorative and prosthetic dental conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' functional and aesthetic requirements.
Perform fixed and removable prosthodontic procedures, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures.
Provide full-mouth rehabilitation and complex restorative treatment.
Plan and provide implant-supported prosthetic restorations in collaboration with implant specialists and oral surgeons.
Perform aesthetic restorative procedures and smile design where appropriate.
Manage patients requiring complex occlusal rehabilitation.
Evaluate, fit, adjust, and maintain prosthetic restorations and appliances.
Coordinate with dental laboratories to ensure accurate and high-quality prosthetic work.
Provide pre-treatment counseling and post-treatment follow-up.
Manage complications related to prosthetic restorations where required.
Collaborate with general dentists, periodontists, orthodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, and other dental specialists.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, consent forms, and clinical documentation.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare authority regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
BDS / DDS / DMD or equivalent recognized dental degree.
MDS / MSD / Specialty qualification in Prosthodontics or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification.
Valid or eligible DHA / DOH / MOH dental license, as applicable to the position.
Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience as a Prosthodontist.
Strong clinical experience in fixed, removable, and implant-supported prosthodontics.
Experience in full-mouth rehabilitation and aesthetic dentistry is preferred.
Excellent clinical, communication, and patient management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
