We are looking for a passionate and motivated Saudi National to join our HR Center of Excellence as a Learning & Development Specialist, based in Jeddah.
In this role, you will:
✅ Design, coordinate, and deliver learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs.
✅ Conduct training needs analysis and support annual learning plans.
✅ Manage training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
✅ Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor learning KPIs.
✅ Support career development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with business leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
✅ Contribute to employee engagement and organizational development projects, including our Employee Well-being Program that promotes a healthy, supportive, and high-performing workplace.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Human Resources.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination abilities.
- Passion for developing people and creating meaningful learning experiences.
