Sales Manger
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive sales growth by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across key market segments, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and food manufacturers.
• Monitor sales performance, customer pipelines, and market opportunities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Work closely with management to identify new products, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and represent Natmed in the marketplace.
Basic Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in food packaging, disposable products, HORECA, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
