Lead the end-to-end handover and project completion process, ensuring all construction, quality, and contractual requirements are met before client handover. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve timely closeout, manage snagging and de-snagging activities, oversee documentation and compliance, and ensure a seamless transition from construction to operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
