Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment.
• Represent the RIKAS Hospitality Group at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in luxury hospitality.

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
