Admin Cum Receptionist
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Core Responsibilities :
• Act as the initial point of touch for incoming visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming clinic environment.
• Direct central telephonic lines, managing incoming customer inquiries and routing calls to respective medical or management personnel.
• Maintain clean client intake data records and handle routine electronic mailing correspondence.
• Perform vital clerical tasks including file archiving, scheduling appointments, and managing front-desk documentation.
• Provide multi-departmental administrative backing to cross-functional medical and operational teams.
Prerequisites & Background :
• Technical Background: Basic familiarity with standard desktop software, scheduling interfaces, and digital office applications.
• Communication Traits: Polite, transparent verbal and written presence suitable for customer-facing environments.
• Service Mindset: Organized approach to managing front-desk priorities while delivering exceptional patient care service.
• Preparedness: Ready to join the operational crew quickly following successful review.
