Social Media & Content Marketing Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content, reels, and campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Support and coach agents in building their personal brands.
• Plan and direct short-form podcast content.
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media/content marketing (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
