Bin Hindi Motors, the sole distributor of Kia vehicles in Bahrain for over 30 years, is looking for a Service Advisor (Kia Service Center) as part of its aggressive growth strategy along with Kia's global ambitions to establish a leadership position in the future mobility industry.

Job Overview:
Perform all activities related to the inspection of incoming vehicles for repair and service operations in addition to recording customer concerns. Communicate and coordinate with Workshop and other divisions in order to process customer inquiries and to ensure total customer satisfaction. Inspect delivered vehicles and closes job cards and prepare invoices accordingly.
Qualifications
Certificate from Vocational or Secondary School.

Experience
Minimum experience of 3-5 years in similar jobs.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Customer focused, able to understand customer requirements and handle customers' complaints with hospitality.
Knowledge in technical aspects related to light vehicles preferably in Kia products.
Computer skills.
