Claims Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance claims handling or insurance operations
• Knowledge of insurance products, policy wordings, and claims procedures
• Experience in motor, medical, property, or general insurance claims is an advantage
• Responsible for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, service providers, and internal teams
• Facilitate timely claim settlements and deliver excellent customer service
