Assistant Manager - Hospitality
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Assist in managing floor operations during peak hours.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Support inventory control and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards.
• Collaborate with management to improve service quality and performance.
Requirements
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• UAE-based candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Strong understanding of team leadership, staff coordination, customer relationship management, food and beverage service procedures, operational problem-solving, and conflict handling.
Bonus Skills :
• Pre-opening restaurant experience.
• Arabic language proficiency.
