HIRING – FINANCE MANAGER
Castech Middle East is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations and support business growth in Sharjah, UAE.

🕒 Experience: 7–10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee financial accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations
✔ Manage budgeting, cash flow, fund flow, and financial planning
✔ Supervise ERP financial systems, audits, reporting, and internal controls
✔ Monitor receivables, customer payments, credit approvals, and banking transactions
✔ Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and cost control
✔ Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
✔ Lead finance team performance and guide junior accounting staff
✔ Ensure VAT, taxation, audit submissions, and compliance requirements are met on time
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
✅ ACCA / CMA / CPA preferred
✅ 5+ years of finance/accounting experience with leadership exposure
✅ Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, audit, budgeting, ERP systems, and cash flow management
✅ Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
✅ Experience in construction / manufacturing / trading industry preferred
