HR Assistant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist with daily recruitment activities, candidate screening, and data management.
• Support coordination of mobilization, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, candidates, and business partners.
• Handle HR‑related administrative tasks and office coordination.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and recruitment databases.
• Support the HR team in achieving hiring and operational targets.
Requirements :
• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or office administration within the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Abu Dhabi and available for immediate joining.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, HR documentation and onboarding procedures, and client communication and coordination practices.
