Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention activities.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
• Support performance management and HR reporting activities.
Requirements :
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and people-focused mindset.
• Strong Knowledge Of UAE labour regulations and HR compliance.
• Payroll and attendance systems.
• Recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
