Junior HR Consultant – Business Development
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Generate new business opportunities and corporate leads for HR services.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and client follow-ups.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, networking events, and HR forums.
• Promote HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and consulting services.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and lead pipelines accurately.
• Support proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Coordinate with HR operations teams for smooth onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain long‑term client and business partner relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
Requirements :
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target‑oriented personality.
• Good understanding of the UAE market.
• Ability to manage client relationships professionally.
• Tagalog‑speaking candidates preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR consulting and recruitment services, business development strategies, client relationship management, lead generation, networking, CRM systems, and reporting.
