Qualifications :
• Higher Secondry/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience as Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor / Camp Administrator.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, or remote site camps.
• Good knowledge of camp management, hygiene standards, and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
