Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Doha, Qatar
Industry: Construction and Infrastructure
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for construction projects – from manpower planning to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Develop recruitment strategies for construction & infrastructure
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, agencies, referrals
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies & labor suppliers
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
• Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and offers
• Support onboarding and documentation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
• Construction, contracting, or infrastructure sector experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws
• Experience recruiting white-collar staff and field/workforce personnel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
