Administrative Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities :
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager and HR Business Partner across the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations, employee data management, promotions, and internal transfers
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, including attendance, HRMS issues, and company policies
• Review and analyze HR data to identify trends and support recommendations aimed at improving attraction, performance, retention, and engagement
• Monitor and track key employee lifecycle metrics from recruitment through to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Support the development and implementation of performance management tools such as KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, and RAG ratings
• Assist Senior HR Management with various HR projects including salary benchmarking surveys, success profiling, market research, job descriptions, form updates, and audit documentation
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from requisition coordination to onboarding of new employees
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
