We are hiring in Dubai for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor - Civil.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in UAE building construction companies
- Proven expertise in high-rise buildings
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all post-award commercial activities, including monitoring project costs and evaluating variations
Ensure accurate valuation of work done
- Prepare and review interim payment applications and certify subcontractor payments
- Maintain up-to-date cost reports to ensure budget control
- Analyze project progress, identify commercial risks, and prepare financial forecasts to support decision-making
- Manage contractual correspondence and handle claims
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients
Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare final accounts and ensure smooth commercial close-out of the project
