Key Responsibilities :
• Dispense medications accurately in accordance with hospital protocols and physician prescriptions.
• Ensure patient safety by reviewing prescriptions and monitoring potential drug interactions.
• Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and guidance to healthcare teams and patients.
• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and inventory management.
• Support clinical pharmacy services and contribute to patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in procurement of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail in all pharmacy operations.
Candidate Requirements :
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of hospital pharmacy experience in the UAE preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Professional attitude with a focus on patient care and clinical excellence.
